Powerhouse Therapeutics translates the Huang Lab's solid-tumor immunology into clinical-stage therapeutics. Its pipeline is led by IT-ACTS, the company's solid tumor immunotherapy platform, alongside PH102, a program in preclinical development for hepatocellular carcinoma.
The company carries lab discoveries through translational development, manufacturing readiness, and partnering on the path to first-in-human studies.

A Huang Lab spinout developing a synthetic blood oxygen carrier for trauma, transfusion medicine, and battlefield care.
Abioremedi is commercializing a synthetic blood oxygen carrier designed to deliver oxygen when donor blood is unavailable or impractical — after traumatic injury, in surgery, and in austere or battlefield settings.
The program grew out of the Huang Lab's trauma and military health research and its collaborations with the U.S. Army Institute of Surgical Research and Department of Defense partners.
